I payed a huge sum for special requests… I payed a huge sum for special requests and unlimited proofs. They didn’t put the Name on the base that I asked and the size was half the size I payed and requested. Utterly disappointed. I will use another company next time. They told me that even though I ordered the 16 inch size, bc it was a sitting pose it would be more like 12 inches. It is 7-8 inches. This is a huge difference for paying the extra money for so many mistakes. Never again!!!😖😡😖

Absolutely love this the bobblehead we… Absolutely love this the bobblehead we ordered. We ordered a personalized one and the team made sure at each step that I was happy with the progress and even made some extra changes for me on request. I cant wait to give it to my husband for his birthday. The team had great communication despite the distance, time zones and Covid -19 lockdowns! The shipping was quick and tracked and item packed safely. Cant express how pleased I am :)

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM 4-6 weeks turnaround they tell people... I ordered mine 2nd Nov, it arrived in Feb! And the quality was terrible! The communication was awful, they would take weeks, at one stage a month, to reply to your requested changes (figures looked nothing like pictures). Photos on proofing were from far away and in bad lighting, so couldnt see the fine details, when it FINALLY arrived the painting was bad, some spots actually not painted!

Please do NOT ever… I hardly ever write reviews but am frustrated enough to think this deserves one. A bad experience overall, a total waste of money and time. They don't know what they are doing...
