Awesome Customer Service This is my first time using the company and I thought I had ordered a digital copy of the play but do not know how to access it. But, to be honest, I have not had a chance to reach out to customer service yet. After reading my comment a customer service representative reached out to me and explained what I had ordered - I had misunderstood. I appreciated that the company took the time to read my review and worked to solve the issue. That is awesome customer service.

Expectations exceeded! I needed to order my daughter’s music for a solo competition and J.W. Pepper was recommended to me by her teacher. The music arrived before the expected delivery date and the price was very fair compared to other sites. I will be a return customer.

Easy search Search was easy. Would like to see more than one selection to review to ensure music is not too difficult for my level. Maybe a list of selections as well

Reasonable, but wish the printing was better quality The site did not say how many parts are provided with the piece I needed so I needed to call. On ordering, rather than being printed on more-standard, thicker 9x12 paper they were simply prints in letter paper. The parts did come very fast, so kudos for their shipping.
