Avoid! Worst customer service I've ever dealt with (if they can even call themselves that) - dress did not arrive even though I ordered weeks in advance. Would not offer a refund only credit. This is the 2nd time this has happened now. Will not be shopping here again

No communication I have an event to go to tomorrow and placed an order back in September which was confirmed. Just found out today the lender no longer has the dress and I'm now without an outfit and will be waiting 5-10 days for a refund. Only found out because I emailed The Volte and the lender asking for a tracking number. Terrible service.

Stay Away Wish I’d have read these reviews. I ordered 2 weeks early and just found out my dress is not coming. No apology at all. Shocking customer service. Left without a dress 2 days before my event. Disappointed and will only use Glam Corner or Designer ex from now on.

Avoid this retailer Avoid this retailer. I rented a dress for a special occasion and upon opening the dress I noticed this dress is quite faded. Totally understandable for a dress that has been worn many many times, but this should not have been rented out for full rental price without disclosure of the fact that the dress, which is a very vibrant, lovely pattern, is very faded. The dress looks like instead of being handwashed or dry cleaned, it has been washed in the washing machine.....many, many times. I believe this dress should be retired from the rental market or rented as a discount due to the discrepancy in the colour. I approached customer service to say that this dress does not fit the standards I was expecting a vibrant dress and was hoping to get either a partial refund or I'm happy to send it back unworn for a full refund. Customer service 0/5 stars if I could. Basically said 'not my problem' and that they couldn't do anything about it. The staff member was unable to offer me: a partial refund, a full refund OR the details of anyone I could file a complaint with. Terrible experience

i hired a dress for my formal on… i hired a dress for my formal on saturday. i had hired the black rat and boa dress months before so i could plan ahead. on thursday( day before i was getting the dress), she cancelled on me with a passive email. do not recommend. NOT RELIABLE
