Connecting Threads is very responsive… Connecting Threads is very responsive to requests. I need additional fabric for a quilt kit because I didn't read the instructions correctly. They replaced the fabric, however, USPS somehow lost the package. I called and they replaced the missing fabric again. I appreciated this very much. The fabric is beautiful and I can't wait to see the finished quilt.

I've always had good service. I've always had good service with Connecting Threads. I recently placed a very large order for thread online. I checked my order before I hit the last button to place the order because it did involve both polyester and cotton and in many different colors. When it arrived there were 5 cones in one of the colors and I had only ordered 4. The invoice showed I had ordered 5 instead of 4. I called to see if I had been charged for this extra cone. I had been but the person I talked with didn't suggest I had ordered incorrectly and promptly credited my card for the price of the extra cone and told me just to keep it. She was very personable during the interaction.
