I paid for a lifetime chip registry and also ordered other items like a pet ID card a window cling for the fire department etc etc. After a month of not receiving the items I emailed them and received an email back literally being ordered not to contact them again until July 17th. I'm not kidding it was the rudest email I ever got. Waited another few weeks and emailed them July 14th said I still don't have my items I have an email saying the woman was going to go check in the warehouse and see where my order was. It is now July 18th I still have not heard back and am forced to go to the Better Business Bureau this morning. My advice run run and find yourself another service

Absolutely cannot say more kind words… Absolutely cannot say more kind words about Petkey. Been using them for over 3 yrs now with all my litters. Had a 1 off and tried Fi-Nano which was very much a disappointment. Absolutely love petkey and will stay loyal to them.

The name tag was in fact very cheaply… The name tag was in fact very cheaply made for ($15) and I too feel fleeced because when I typed in the company the humane society gave me Pet Key popped up. I like others didn't realize it was not associated with the original company and they got my money. I have never heard of yearly renewal fees in all my years of microchipping pets. Seems like a scam to me. Hoping my pet is truly protected.

My rescue Benji came with Petkey… My rescue Benji came with Petkey microchip, I just had to pay to activate it. I really can't review it as Benji hasn't been list and I hope we never need to use it. I did buy a name/info tag for his collar and his harness, so people could call if he's found without having to scan a chip.
