I messed up I messed up and Registered my chip with this company not knowing I needed to register the chip with another one. I emailed them to let them know I needed to cancel to register with the proper company. They literally handled everything amazing!! What great customer service! Thank you so much!

Website is designed to confuse and defraud The website is designed to make you think you are registering your pet's microchip but then diverts you into buying unrelated products. I thought I was paying to register the chip (which you shouldn't have to do if you have already purchased it) and receiving a tag in addition to the registration. In fact, I was only purchasing the tag. I emailed to cancel the purchase within 5 minutes, but my card was charged immediately and when I called the next day they told me it had already been processed. When I told them I would file a complaint with the FTC they refunded the money. I have received texts and emails asking me to come back to the website and register the chip. Edit with reply: I think you know exactly what you are doing: misleading people to purchase things. I am sorry that this business model works. I appreciate the refund and wish your employees well.

Bupkiss! So, keep in mind that I have not had a chance to use the services of Petkey, so I’m only going to give it 4 stars, but going by their customer service, they seem to have their act together. I don’t feel right giving a review for something that I’ve not even used. Thanks, and don’t forget to use the new client discount like I did! 😂

Petkey sent me info about a dog like… Petkey sent me info about a dog like the one I lost 40 days ago. Immediately I called but I think with the information I received that the owner of the dog was already found. I gave 5 stars to petkey because although it seemingly so far, looks like the dog was not mine, thanks to your report some other pet owner was lucky today. I hope some other time you would be able to make me happy.

Registering with Petkey was a charm… Registering with Petkey was a charm after having experienced a nightmare on the net and on the phone with the leading competitor. I rest comfortably in knowing that I will be able to locate my precious Bella if she is ever lost or is taken. If I should ever have any more pets I will confidently register them with Petkey as well.
