GBThe not so good and then there was good I find it frustrating that I cannot get a response from a real person. The AI or bot in support is less than adequate. They do not answer questions and trying to get an email from a real person is nonexistent as far as I can tell. That's too bad because I love Spoonflower. BUT, I do have a glowing report about Spoonflower's order fulfillment. I have a store on Etsy that has all my Spoonflower work for sale. Etsy had approved an order which I was fulfilling in Spoonflower. Spoonflower stopped the order because the mailing address was to an abandon building. Why Etsy did not catch this I don't know. But Spoonflower did and I am grateful for that. Thank you guys!

GBMinky fabric printing VERY dark and contrasty I ordered some Minky fabric (fat quarters) during a pretty good sale. The fabric I ordered was mainly my own designs, although I did Order a couple that were other designs. I was very disappointed in that all of the Minky came out really, really dark and very contrasty- Fabric I was unable to use. It took me a while to get a hold of anyone through Spoonflower - I was finally able to reach someone through messaging directly off the webpage and they contacted me within a couple of days. They said they never got my emails. The order was reprinted and sent again with fairly fast shipping, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, the order came out exactly the same. Very dark and unusable. In the meantime, I had ordered the same exact designs printed on polartec fleece (which was awesome, but almost printed too light… very happy with those, though). When I contacted them a second time after the reprint also came back very dark, I just received a message that I should order 8 inch squares before I order any printed fabric to be sure they will print OK.😳 I was very disappointed in that because my email asked if it was possible for them to change the contrast and brightness settings when they print the fabric because the designs are not dark contrast not only my designs but other designs. It’s hit or miss some designs come out beautifully… others really not. So I have two sets of orders that I paid quite a bit bit of money for that. I just absolutely cannot even use. I have just switched to the Polartec fleece, which is a wonderful fabric for doll clothes and does print beautifully. I have absolutely loved some of the Minky. I have purchased in the past, but won’t order Minky anymore.

GBThis company doesn’t care about… This company doesn’t care about customer service. I would never purchase anything from here. The material is not great quality and do not care if the customer is satisfied. Buyer beware. $163 down the drain. What a waste!!!

GBI get quick responses to my questions I get quick responses to my questions. I joined Spoonflower to have my art/photos printed on material so I can make my own tops and moomoo's. I've not been disappointed since joining in April 2020.

GBGreat Customer Service I was sent the wrong size print and when I contacted customer service, they send the correct fabric no questions asked. It came quickly and didn't impact my project at all. I love this fabric and will continue to buy from Spoonflower. So many fun and cute designs!
