I have purchased many times and always receive quality specimens which are healthy and thrive. I’m willing to pay a little bit more and know with confidence I’m getting quality and it should I have any issues they will work closely with me to resolve it.

A+ customer service I am very impressed by the customer service here. My very first order I saw the fish I'd been wanting, a midas blenny, on sale for $35! However before I could complete my order the price had changed to the normal $79 price in the cart. It was a "super special" price and it has apparently just expired. Mary from their CS chat quickly offered to get the special price reinstated so I could process my original order. A+ so far!

Animals were packed very well and I received plenty of updates during shipping. Ordering and checkout was super easy. I got several updates to the status of my order during the process after placed it. My two lettuce nudibranches came in a very well packed/safe shipping box. Both were in very good condition and after acclimation took right to the aquarium. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Beware of free gift offers. Placed order to receive free shipping and additional gift. Gift (Ricordea) didn’t arrive. Contacted vendor. Store representative assured me that the free gift (Recordea) would be added to next purchase. Made second purchase. Received free shipping and store credit for one dead fish from first order. Order arrived. No Recordia. Contacted store and spoke with same rep. She said there is a note about an issue with Recordea and I would get it with next purchase. Surely an alternate could have been shipped! I’m done with false advertising! Nice fish. Poor customer service!

Fourty years of fresh water and marine… Fourty years of fresh water and marine aquariums has taken me to many suppliers, some good and others were a rip off but dealing with the folks at Saltwaterfish.com has been exceptional. Great quality livestock, super customer service and after many orders I have only lost 1 fish and it was quickly replaced with an even better fish. I don't give five star ratings very often but these guys deserve it.
