Terrible 😞 Terrible 😞! If you need any type of customer service, care or communication this is NOT for you! Even though this is a “communication” company they do a terrible job communicating!!!! At this point, I would pay more for better service. Pick something else!!!!! Don’t do this if you have a real business! This is fine for start up projects. But if you need a business to rely on this is NOT IT!

It's just what I needed I needed a phone number in the US. I've tried various other solutions, but these were quite complicated and stuffed with features for sales processes. This one, even though it can be integrated similarly (I think), has such a simplified UI and just the main things brought to the front that I need. I called my friends in the US to make sure it worked well, and the quality didn't disappoint me. 👌

Openphone has great customer support I've been using OpenPhone for the past couple of years and can really say that they have amazing customer support alongside a great product. OpenPhone's customer support are extremely helpful and quick to resolve issues which is very much appreciated.

Customer service is terrible Customer service is terrible It does not has customer support at all, they don't take phone or no response to email. it looks like scam!! Vounage has better customer support even though they don't have good products.
