If there is not a possible solution, they make sure to reply with details and not just say it can't be done. Also, the app is great for communicating with my team members who live in the US.

GBI started a trial and I did my first… I started a trial and I did my first phone call and the caller ID was another companies. They told me there's nothing they could do about changing it to mine. I just tried signing up for a chat to see if they fix that and it told me my chat would start in 11 days seven hours and 25 minutes… I wish this was an option for my business

GBCustomer service is terrible Customer service is terrible It does not has customer support at all, they don't take phone or no response to email. it looks like scam!! Vounage has better customer support even though they don't have good products.

Another great feature is the ability to use other team members Phone numbers to reach our buyers or sellers. This especially comes in handy, when our leads start ghosting us, lol.
