The best phone service for customer… The best phone service for customer service and team focus team! Reception has great and we haven't any issues with drop calls. We used to use Verizon OneTalk and reception was more challenging, causing customer service issues.

When I initially set up my profile When I initially set up my profile, I signed up for the Starter Pack, which was advertised as $19 per month. This subscription was billed annually. In addition to this, I opted for the free option to add another user to my account. Recently, while reviewing my account transactions while completing my taxes, I noticed some discrepancies. On May 17th 2023, I expected to see the annual fee charged, but I also observed unauthorized transactions on June 12th 2023 for $145.56 and again June 28 for $25.69. Lastly, the app never accepted any calls I completely forgot about it because it was no use. Do not bother.

Terrible 😞 Terrible 😞! If you need any type of customer service, care or communication this is NOT for you! Even though this is a “communication” company they do a terrible job communicating!!!! At this point, I would pay more for better service. Pick something else!!!!! Don’t do this if you have a real business! This is fine for start up projects. But if you need a business to rely on this is NOT IT!

Another great feature is the ability to use other team members Phone numbers to reach our buyers or sellers. This especially comes in handy, when our leads start ghosting us, lol.
