GBCustomer service is the worst Customer service is the worst, NO daytime correspondence. All email/texts from company responded to my 8-9AM morning texts the following day anywhere from 1-3:30 AM the next day. They claim because they are in CA. With time zone differences……we all know it’s only 3 hours coast to coast. Excuses, for everything! I felt they made a mockery out of my concerns NO regard for customer loyalty. Was lied to when said with a years earlier purchase, the problem with clasp will be adjusted. Ordered with confidence that the earlier clasp problem was solved. (Was NOT) Royal blue color that is stated is Navy. Employee accountability has change since first purchase( year ago they were more accommodating, and took their customer concerns into consideration). Returned item, did get my refund but not any return postage costs incurred by me. I am giving it 2stars ONLY for the product. Made well, although the color was off. I did receive my refund….minus the return postage I had to paid for
