Still waiting for $150 in giftcards after 26 hours... I purchased $150 in gift cards over 26 hours ago and I still haven't received any of them. Compared to any other site I've used, this is crazy ridiculous. I'm starting to get worried, I lost my money. I'll update my review if I ever get them. Update: within an hour of this review, I did receive my giftcards.

I like the 1 year guarantee-normally… I like the 1 year guarantee-normally too much fraud with discount gift cards. One year should be the minimum guarantee so that you don't lose your money.

Southwest Airline gift… I purchased Southwest Airline gift cards for my son & family and they were sent to my email within 24hrs. He purchased their tickets without problems and they are coming to visit!

Xenia helps me save so much money I always check Xenia first whenever I need to buy things, especially online. Nothing beats saving money. "Unpopular" stores such as Petco often have 15% off, which I happily buy. Sometimes, some stores only have 2% off - but money is still money and every cent adds up. I will gladly save 2% of my purchase. I am so glad that Xenia exists, and will continue to give them my support.

Still Waiting to Hear from Customer Service I had some success with Xenia, but now I'm getting cautious about ordering anything more from them. I have emailed (through their own website contact page) no less than 3 times with a specific question about the use of a particular company's card and they have not responded to my emails.
