GBDisappointing! Credit card charged but item still have not been sent! I placed an order on dec 1st…. And almost 3 weeks later my order still says pending but my credit card was charged. I sent 3 email messages inquiring about my order and nothing….I’m about to call my credit card to cancel order. I honestly cannot believe this type of shady customer service happens in 2021.

GBCompany is basically scamming online… Company is basically scamming online customers by hiding their ridiculously stingy return policy in a tiny link at the bottom of the page in violation of consumer protection laws, enabling them to refuse to refund people's money.

GBBest stuff!!!!!!! I don’t care what anyone else says from their reviews, this store has been my go to for ALL of my staple+statement pieces (they carry Sunday St Tropez!!!), basic pieces (ie redone tees) AND gifts. Their buy is unlike any other boutique whether I’m shopping online or in store. I’ve called and spoken / worked with staff in store and emailed online customer service and have never had an issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND shopping here

GBWhere is my order! Placed my order on 11/20, reached out to them on multiple platforms (emails - no response, instagram - responded but no help was provided). On 12/2, I was told it will be shipped out the following week. 2 weeks been passed and still no shipping info. They kept saying it’s due to black friday and cyber monday sales. I ordered the item prior to the sales!!! Really poorly run company and will not recommend to anyone.

GBI give it four stars I give it four stars because the shipping time. I didn't think that it takes that long to receive my order to be honest, considering that I didn't order my dress from overseas but it took weeks for them. Everything else was great. Still thanks tho.
