However, both were handled efficiently, smoothly and easy. SylvanSport supports their customers and does their best to treat them fairly and with respect. Even though the issue was minor, SylvanSport offered to totally replace the product. Hopefully they'll be able to repair it and put it back out into the world for someone to enjoy.
