GBI’m still waiting for my tent but not mad I’m still waiting for my tent. Therefore, this review is about my experience ordering a tent. It has been great! There is timely feedback and they’ve done a good job with providing updates. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they removed Dallas as an option for pickup requiring me to pay more to cover shipping. Otherwise, I like the company so far. The jury is out on the quality of the tent. It looks like a very nice design and I can’t wait to put it through its paces.

GBNo communication I was on vacation in the California desert. I had no service and didn’t receive the email about the payoff for the rtt. By the time I had service again, I received a 2nd email and only had a couple of days left to pay the balance. Some advanced notice would have been great. I thought final payment was due at pickup. I never had any correspondence otherwise. Communication goes a long way.

GBWe need more companies like this. So far, customer service is top-notch. Website is clear and easy to navigate. IO clearly wants to change how the Overland ideal is played.

GBI'm running this tent on a 2023 crv and… I'm running this tent on a 2023 crv and man it's pretty solid. I drove to Dallas to pick up and install. No issues with the tent. Overall with the standard if your about 5’11 you will definitely want the XL size but for my vehicle standard was the only option for me which doesn't bother me. Slept well with 2 people in the tent! Quality is amazing!

GBStill haven’t received an update Didn’t receive a tracking within “5-7 business days” then got an email saying there is a delay on freight. Haven’t received the tent yet so i can’t comment on quality. Hoping i don’t have to wait another two weeks to get an update. Most likely will request a refund.
