Currently, we are enjoying the convenience and simplicity of the standard RTT, eagerly anticipating the arrival of the Carbon Fiber Rooftop Tent. The team at Inspired Overland went the extra mile in assisting me in selecting the perfect tent, showcasing their dedication and expertise. I’m still waiting for my tent but not mad I’m still waiting for my tent. Therefore, this review is about my experience ordering a tent. It has been great! There is timely feedback and they’ve done a good job with providing updates. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they removed Dallas as an option for pickup requiring me to pay more to cover shipping. Otherwise, I like the company so far. The jury is out on the quality of the tent. It looks like a very nice design and I can’t wait to put it through its paces.

No communication I was on vacation in the California desert. I had no service and didn’t receive the email about the payoff for the rtt. By the time I had service again, I received a 2nd email and only had a couple of days left to pay the balance. Some advanced notice would have been great. I thought final payment was due at pickup. I never had any correspondence otherwise. Communication goes a long way.
