Lack of Action and Communication I ordered a hammock and straps. The straps arrived without a problem. The hammock did not. After multiple attempts at contacting BearButt I finally received an email saying it was lost by their deliver provider and they would follow up shortly. It’s been a week, I’ve reached out and still no response. Hugely disappointing when a product ordered at the end of November can be here by Christmas!

Bear Butt is always efficient Bear Butt is always efficient and customer service is great. I've gotten a replacement without issue and they're quick to respond with any questions. Most of all, their products rock and their prices are better than the competitors of equal quality.

Be careful ordering from this company Be careful ordering from this company. I made an order and added an item by mistake. I immediately contacted them in every method available on their site to cancel it. They never replied. They also don’t offer any order cancellation option on their site. They since shipped me the wrong item and now want me to pay to ship it back. Just beware and triple check your order or try a company that has customer service standards.

I just love Bear Butt!! I just love Bear Butt! I enjoy using their products because its super good quality, it’s cheap and looks so much better than any other hammock! I always love talking about this company because they literally have super amazing people!

Still haven’t had an actual response to… Still haven’t had an actual response to my particular situation. Just pre packaged stuff that’s not addressing my almost 4 year old hammock. Come on folks, just reach out and make a loyal customer happy please. Pretty please. Matt
