I immediately contacted them in every method available on their site to cancel it. They never replied. They also don’t offer any order cancellation option on their site. They since shipped me the wrong item and now want me to pay to ship it back. Just beware and triple check your order or try a company that has customer service standards.

My first order had not shipped for over… My first order had not shipped for over a month so I cancelled the order. After cancelling, my gift card that was used for partial payment, was not credited. I contacted customer service and they said they could not refund my gift card. After a dozen back and forths I was finally able to get back the credit to my gift card. Overall a bad experience.

Recieved the wrong Hammock Recieved the wrong Hammock. Took a little bit to get ahold of someone for help to get the correct one figured out. But Besr Butt made things right. They apologized for me slipping through the cracks. Let me keep the other hammock as well. Great service
