Bouge Controller support was great The Bouge Controller is both difficult to understand hooking up, and difficult to connect -- the cheap connectors provided don't work well. (Compare with Renogy) The manual gives little information - why should I have to Google it? The controller worked for a while, but now I have a constant E01 message and support has not responded. When Support did reach out to me they resolved my situation admirably. They not only refunded the charge, but did not ask me to return it, AND sent me a replacement to have as a backup. Can't ask for more than that.

Love the portability Love the portability! It is a great addition to our trailer rv when we are on long trips. Easy to charge and keeps correct temp when plugged into our truck. The two wire baskets are so nice that my wife can handle the weight. We load the frig into the truck, plug it in and then bring out the two baskets. Wonderful

Customer service was responsive whoever I asked a question. Products so far are also doing their job as expected. I'll definitely be using them again when I start the portable solar panel setup for oir RV
