GBI posted a previous review giving a low… I posted a previous review giving a low two star rating on the dual zone refrigerator due to lack of enough insulation in the packaging. My unit arrived damaged, twice. I am updating my review because the customer service department of this company has been outstanding. They continued to work toward a solution with me despite the challenges. It is refreshing to see a company who will stand by their products. I've been assured they are working on fixing the packaging of their product to insure it arrives undamaged for customers. My thanks to your customer service department.

GBNon-Existent Customer Support *********Update: After my negative review, I received an email from Trust Pilot stating that BougeRV flagged my review and that if I don't provide them with my personal information, that even a bank would not ask for, they will delete my review in 3 days. BougeRV claims they're upgrading their phone systems and suggests trying again in 1-2 weeks. Numerous negative reviews on major retail platforms have highlighted ongoing issues with their phone lines for years. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via several emails and through Facebook Messenger, I have received no response. They only responded to this negative review and has directed Trust Pilot to remove it. Should this review get deleted, I will make sure to share it across all social media platforms.************* I purchased a BougeRV cooler and went to register my product on their site to receive the extra 1 year warranty in addition to the 2 year warranty. When I enter my order number it says "ORDER NOT FOUND". Phone number they provide in their instruction manual is a joke (408-429-4149). When you call, it either says "the Google-Fi customer is not subscribed" or it's complete silence. No ringing, nothing. If I have to go to TrustPilot to try to get the company's attention for something like this, imagine if my cooler goes bad what I have to go through. Non-existent customer support. It's concerning to note that the responses from Bougerv.com on Trustpilot appear to be generated by AI rather than written by human representatives. This practice raises questions about the authenticity and sincerity of the company's engagement with customers. Look at their 1 star reviews.

GB200W CIGS solar panels I purchased 2 of the 200W CIGS solar panels. This is a great product. Very revolutionary. Panels came packaged very securely and well protected, and on schedule. The coolest thing about these is the ability to roll them up to transport them. I simply placed them together, roled them up and put them in a sleeping bag stuff sack. Throw em on the bed in our Hiker trailer and go. I look forward to using these very versatile and flexible panels ou on the road. Thanks Bouge R.V..

GBBouge Controller support was great The Bouge Controller is both difficult to understand hooking up, and difficult to connect -- the cheap connectors provided don't work well. (Compare with Renogy) The manual gives little information - why should I have to Google it? The controller worked for a while, but now I have a constant E01 message and support has not responded. When Support did reach out to me they resolved my situation admirably. They not only refunded the charge, but did not ask me to return it, AND sent me a replacement to have as a backup. Can't ask for more than that.
