Very polite communication, personally would not use this service again. I was told about the service provided here in brand ungating. Provided all necessary documents to the team handling the case. I didn't like that they were unresponsive at times when asking how the case was going. Paid a fee upfront to evaluate the case which is fine and I agreed to the terms laid out before proceeding. I was then charged double what I initially paid for because I was told the case needed more time to handle, I again proceeded to pay the fee. At the end of it all the case was never resolved and never did I receive a response of what happened. What I did receive was another bill to handle the case, mind you it had been more than 5 weeks and nothing was resolved. A bummer because $870 was spent.

Scam do not use her service. Please do not use her services it is a scam!!!!! She charge $160 assessment fee. She will email you back telling you that she can’t resolved your Amazon suspension. But we charge $160 just to tell you that. If you request a refund she would tell you to contact her lawyer.

Again Again, save yourself some trouble. Do not waste your time and money on this organization. Their reviews, are very much skewed, because they spend all of their time on apps, trying to refute all of the complaining customers. As opposed to actually doing any work. To specifically discuss the problem: They will debit your account, yet won't spend a second on creating any sort of resolution.

My go to for account health issues Working with Eat Sleep Amazon and the owner Tiffiany has been a really good experience. I couldn't figure out how to properly remove an IP claim; I spent hours on it with no results. I turned to Tiffiany and she fixed my account health issues and the IP claim was removed by Amazon. She and her company are deeply knowledgeable in the inter-workings of Amazon's policies and procedures; they are PRO's. I wouldn't place the future of my Amazon business account health in anyone else's hands(certainly not a message board or Facebook group).
