GBVery polite communication, personally would not use this service again. I was told about the service provided here in brand ungating. Provided all necessary documents to the team handling the case. I didn't like that they were unresponsive at times when asking how the case was going. Paid a fee upfront to evaluate the case which is fine and I agreed to the terms laid out before proceeding. I was then charged double what I initially paid for because I was told the case needed more time to handle, I again proceeded to pay the fee. At the end of it all the case was never resolved and never did I receive a response of what happened. What I did receive was another bill to handle the case, mind you it had been more than 5 weeks and nothing was resolved. A bummer because $870 was spent.
