Quality made tent Quality made tent! Very versatile with the insulation kit as far as comfortable temperature range (warm in the winter) and seems very breathable for warmer weather. Customer service is great with quick responses and answers for questions asked. Only drawback I have had is the limited space for space for gear though I can fit my large 2 person sleeping bag and an extra blanket inside with it still completely closing.

Unfortunately Toro over promised and… Unfortunately Toro over promised and under delivered. They had every opportunity to inform people that the 8 to 12 week window was not going to happen. They didn't. Also my RTT arrived a bit damaged just like everyone else's. Not worth the hassle to try and have them fix it though. On top of this they forgot to send instructions and more importantly keys to open the RTT. Sadly this was a company I was excited to do business with that unfortunately failed to deliver.

Never Again Product is good. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I would never buy anything from this business again.

All the extras that Corey J. added because of the wait time was a nice touch that shows his dedication to his customers. It is unfortunate that this company was started in the worst possible time due to the pandemic and having to be shipped from China causing massive delays. There was also some stateside shipping issues that Corey was honest and open about with his customers and he provided regular updates via e-mail and video. Corey and his team always responded to questions or concerns in a prompt manner and maintained transparency. High Quality Product I bought the skylux package and as a quality engineer I pay attention to details. The quality of this product is awesome. The canvas is thick and sturdy and the other parts of the box are well made and solid. It is easy to install and set up. Any questions I have had have been answered very quickly by customer service. I would highly recommend this to others.
