Extremely disappointed in this product Extremely disappointed in this product! Not only was shipping extremely slow. ..didn’t realize it was coming from China! Just received. It came in a flimsy cardboard box that was bent on one end, as was the canvas.Its just a rolled up canvas with no backing of any kind to support it while painting. No instructions included either. I intended to give this to my daughter as a gift but I’m embarrassed to even give it to her due to the poor, cheap looking packaging and overall poor presentation. I have no idea what the quality of the paint & canvas will be but don’t have high expectations. Very disappointing!!!

I had ordered an easel and it didn't… I had ordered an easel and it didn't come with my painting despite being notified that everything in my order had been shipped. They had a quick response when I notified them of my missing item. Also felt like this paint clumped on my brushes more than other brands I have used. Still liked my finished product!

Stay well away from this company Stay well away from this company. It’s a total scam. I ordered a painting December 1. It is now January 2 It still has not arrived. Customer service is nonexistent. Save yourself your money. This is a scam. Do not order from them.

Absolutely LOVED this Absolutely LOVED this. Everything arrived quicker than I expected, paints were all accounted for and in great condition. I ordered new brushes just because the brushes that come with it are a little cheap BUT still good. I completed a multi week one, and it took me about 39 hours in total. Such an achievement and loved every minute.

The packaging was poor The packaging was poor , the paint containers had burst and dried up. Hoping to resolve this and report back.
