I forgot to put in a discount code when paying, sent an email about this and they quickly refounded the amount. very impressive. My order was nicely packed. Just started to paint, so far so good. I do think the lines and numbers could be i bit more transparent, as some colors do not cover them very well. needs a lot of layers of the lighter colors.

Well worth my money The site is easy to navigate and shipping is fast. I like the fact I can track my painting and that I have the security knowing if I run out of paint, the company will send more. The canvas is thick, not cheap, and the frame option is great, no mess no fuss, just ready to hang once it's dry

Terrible experience Terrible experience, will never purchase again! Never got the gift for my mom. Contacted customer support about it not being shipped and they said it was shipped and my only option was to work with USPS because Simple Painting did their job. They don’t care about clients. If this gift was a hit, I would have bought more of these. Now I never will again. STAY AWAY!

Stay well away from this company Stay well away from this company. It’s a total scam. I ordered a painting December 1. It is now January 2 It still has not arrived. Customer service is nonexistent. Save yourself your money. This is a scam. Do not order from them.

Absolutely LOVED this Absolutely LOVED this. Everything arrived quicker than I expected, paints were all accounted for and in great condition. I ordered new brushes just because the brushes that come with it are a little cheap BUT still good. I completed a multi week one, and it took me about 39 hours in total. Such an achievement and loved every minute.
