It's SCAM! Do not order It's SCAM!! - do NOT oder here. No Star reserved! Waited for my order about 3 month, writing with the support back and forth, since I got the information, that my address is invalid, which is not. They told me they would resend my order, which never happened. After I asked for a refund, this was denied, since a re-send has been done. I'm completely disappointed from this shop

I'm very happy with my purchase I'm very happy with the purchase! I live in Norway. They shipped, I think a day or two after order. Got a tracking nr. Shipping to Norway was as expected. I forgot to put in a discount code when paying, sent an email about this and they quickly refounded the amount. very impressive. My order was nicely packed. Just started to paint, so far so good. I do think the lines and numbers could be i bit more transparent, as some colors do not cover them very well. needs a lot of layers of the lighter colors.

I sent in one of my own designs to have… I sent in one of my own designs to have a custom paint by number, but for some reason when you all printed it on the canvas it's missing a letter?? This is my 2nd time trying this company, this is the only negative thing I've experienced. Other than that it's been great

Extremely disappointed in this product Extremely disappointed in this product! Not only was shipping extremely slow. ..didn’t realize it was coming from China! Just received. It came in a flimsy cardboard box that was bent on one end, as was the canvas.Its just a rolled up canvas with no backing of any kind to support it while painting. No instructions included either. I intended to give this to my daughter as a gift but I’m embarrassed to even give it to her due to the poor, cheap looking packaging and overall poor presentation. I have no idea what the quality of the paint & canvas will be but don’t have high expectations. Very disappointing!!!

The packaging was poor The packaging was poor , the paint containers had burst and dried up. Hoping to resolve this and report back.
