DO NOT BUY!!! I asked to cancel my order 3 days before it shipped. The same day I ordered it. They didn’t respond to me until the day it “shipped” and said all sales are final. What BS company is that. I filed PayPal claims and am getting my money back since this company is fraudulent.

Stupid I ordered 3 paintings as Christmas gifts in early December that never arrived. I tried to work with their support in opening a case with USPS which stated the package as unrecoverable. Finally 3 months later, after I ordered the same paintings and received from another merchant, I'm told they can't refund. I disputed the charge with my bank. Very annoying and stupid for some freaking paintings. Do not recommend.

Very different experience Very different experience. Once it is finished, the look feels so satisfying. Took a little bit of time for the delivery. But that's fine with the end product.

Extremely disappointed in this product Extremely disappointed in this product! Not only was shipping extremely slow. ..didn’t realize it was coming from China! Just received. It came in a flimsy cardboard box that was bent on one end, as was the canvas.Its just a rolled up canvas with no backing of any kind to support it while painting. No instructions included either. I intended to give this to my daughter as a gift but I’m embarrassed to even give it to her due to the poor, cheap looking packaging and overall poor presentation. I have no idea what the quality of the paint & canvas will be but don’t have high expectations. Very disappointing!!!

I sent in one of my own designs to have… I sent in one of my own designs to have a custom paint by number, but for some reason when you all printed it on the canvas it's missing a letter?? This is my 2nd time trying this company, this is the only negative thing I've experienced. Other than that it's been great
