It took nearly 3 weeks to receive my initial order which did not include all items that I ordered - now it's 2 weeks after that and their 2nd shipment isn't here. Quality of product is cheap - why order this stuff which ships from China and takes forever when you can order something much closer with better quality.

It's SCAM! Do not order It's SCAM!! - do NOT oder here. No Star reserved! Waited for my order about 3 month, writing with the support back and forth, since I got the information, that my address is invalid, which is not. They told me they would resend my order, which never happened. After I asked for a refund, this was denied, since a re-send has been done. I'm completely disappointed from this shop

Well worth my money The site is easy to navigate and shipping is fast. I like the fact I can track my painting and that I have the security knowing if I run out of paint, the company will send more. The canvas is thick, not cheap, and the frame option is great, no mess no fuss, just ready to hang once it's dry

Terrible experience Terrible experience, will never purchase again! Never got the gift for my mom. Contacted customer support about it not being shipped and they said it was shipped and my only option was to work with USPS because Simple Painting did their job. They don’t care about clients. If this gift was a hit, I would have bought more of these. Now I never will again. STAY AWAY!

Shipping takes FOREVER (still hasn't… Shipping takes FOREVER (still hasn't arrived after 2 weeks). Items come from China though they advertise being an American company.
