All is well in the end As can be read here, there have been delays with the delivery. We were told that the delivery time from the order would be on average 15 days and we were already a bit worried whether the package would arrive in time for the birthday. I understand the long delivery time since the product is made individually from a photo sent by the customer. The package arrived well packed at the doorstep 15 days after the order, just on the recipient's birthday 😄 The delivery time is long, but it is clearly stated on the website and there are no problems as long as your order in time. The package was very well packed, so that 's a plus. We'll see what the final result looks like. I might order a new one for Mother's day if t he outcome looks good.

Great service We ordered a canvas made from our own photo. It wasn't quite what we were expecting. However, after some communication, they explained the matter, and I understood why the painting didn't look like what we were expecting. Even though the mistake was kind of on our part, they offered to make a new product from a different picture for us for free. The instructions for choosing a picture could be better. But the way they handled a negative issue left us feeling good about the purchase and the service.

Trust me, avoid them!!!! I give one star because I cannot give zero. I ordered at the end of January and the page said I would’ve received it by the 19th of February (I wanted to give it as Valentines present and wouldn’t mind few days late). Is the 29th of February now and I did not receive any parcel at all! God knows where my parcel is. I’ve raised a complaint and all I received was “sorry for the delay”. Is such a joke. Don’t waste your money!! I’ve also asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money back. Avoid please!!!!!!!!!

They managed to respond to my email within a few hours, duly correcting the dispatch details. The gift is currently en route to its rightful location!

I love paint by numbers I'm all about paint by numbers! Snagged myself 4 kits and just finished up an elephant painting for my grandkinds playroom. Picked these up as a something to do when the weather's rubbish. Now, I'm diving into mysecond masterpiece. Got mykits in just 2 weeks. It's proper addictive and so soothing!
