I ordered item back in October of 23… I ordered item back in October of 23 and got tracking number. Emailed after 2 weeks and says package was lost in transit after numerous emails of trying to find my package. C.S. says they will reship the order, this was end of December, still no tracking number has been given. No news on refund or anything yet……. Still waiting!!!!!

I ordered a paint by numbers as a… I ordered a paint by numbers as a Christmas gift. It did not arrive by Christmas as it was suppose to. When it finally arrived I was not so please to find they shipped me a shirt instead of the paint by number that I definitely ordered.

Absolutely no communication Absolutely no communication. I canceled this order 5 times and it was still sent to me. I’m still waiting to get a response from this company but probably won’t because they suck at responding. Don’t bother buying here.

Don't waste your time and money Don't waste your time and money. I tried a painting I was excited to do only to find that the paint pots had numbers that didn't match the legend they give you, so all the colors would be wrong in the painting. Made in chiba so takes forever to get and then no customer service. Extremely disappointed.
