GBGreat service Great service, they really pretty attention to detail. I had placed an order and had the wrong lids for the containers I was purchasing. I was contacted within hours of placing the order, asking if I wanted to get the correct lids instead. They took care of everything, and my order arrived timely with the correct lids.

GBCustomer Service is non-existent after sale I reached out via email to Cresco to get a RMA and I never got a single response. What kind of company doesn’t respond to emails regarding ordered in this day and age. Never going to do business with a company that is all about selling with no customer service.
