Bunk tracking number tje post office has no record of and yet it’s been waiting to be picked up for 17 days. I’m disgusted with this site. Complete waste of money. Awaiting shipment for almost 3 weeks. Gross

Good news. A few days after submitting my review, sweethome FINALLY issued the refund. Here’s to TrustPilot for holding them accountable. I like the products from sweet home but their customer service is awful if you need to return or replace anything. I have been waiting 60 days fir a refund on order#22122223540810. I liked the faucet so much that I ordered another one to replace the one I returned because it was the wrong model. But it’s terrible that they still owe me money. I am disappointed in this company.

Every one of my messages was answered by email. I feel like I'm doing business with my neighbors. Thank you for your excellent service and beautiful bathroom products. They are perfect.
