Even a caveman can put it together. Went together extremely well, everything lined up, no problems. I'm 77yrs old and built entire Gazebo myself it's that EZ.

In the dark on my order I received an email on January 12 saying my shipment # MON3941 was on the way and although I've tried to use the tracking number 56683015 to find out status on what it would be delivered I cannot make it work. Please help me to determine when the order will arrive.

That’s the problem I don’t know what it is simple fix or more because no follow up. This is concerning from a company that is somewhat bespoke. Many calls many emails no ones responsible.

The product arrived in good shape but no lighting string The product arrived in good shape very well packaged the delivery company did an excellent job everything was there except for the string of lights which you mentioned that they are included in your video that plays for the product on your web page I sent service department of note that I did not receive those lights and did not hear anything back from them but no lights are not deal breaker. it just that you shouldn't be advertising that they included if you're not going to include them but the product itself overall is good I would recommend anybody who assembles one of these not tighten up all the screws until all four corners are done a little tight and also there's a little sag on the 10-ft span of the louvers themselves water doesn't come in but you get gaps of light coming through otherwise I'd give the product 95% quality and everything went very well.
