Outstanding customer service Outstanding customer service! When my order of a Christmas tablecloth was delayed due to manufacturing issues in France, Chuck was very responsive to my concerns. When he realized I needed it for a brunch on Christmas Day he sent me another cloth to use so I would not be without one for my big event. My original order showed up a few days later. All the cloths are beautiful! And I am so appreciative of the way in which Marche Provence looks out for its customers. Can't thank Chuck enough! We had a beautiful Christmas brunch with the substitute cloth & are now enjoying the originally ordered one. Will definitely order again!

Great! I got the product yesterday. It looks very nice! The only comment i have is that it took very long to get it. However, the communication with the provider was fluent and excellent which assured me that everything is on track.

The color and attractive olive sprig design are the exact match to the on-line photo. Chuck promptly responded to my question and was easy to reach by phone. Shipping charge was a very reasonable $5 and product arrived about 5 days after order. Our package included a complimentary packet of herbs de Provence and also a lavender sachet. We would recommend this company.

Excellent customer service! The item I originally ordered was back ordered for several weeks and the owner was willing to substitute TWO different items so that I would have them by Christmas. Chuck was more than accommodating in solving the issue. I will definitely order from them again!
