The owner personally called me and told me that one was coming from France and would be a little late in arriving. He then told me of some sale items that I would be happy with and I got those instead and saved some money. I would order again with out hesitation.

Excellent customer service! The item I originally ordered was back ordered for several weeks and the owner was willing to substitute TWO different items so that I would have them by Christmas. Chuck was more than accommodating in solving the issue. I will definitely order from them again!

Order took about a month due to fabric… Order took about a month due to fabric was not available at the time of order. Would have appreciated an email or phone call explaining the delay. Had to call requesting the reason for delay. Otherwise the folks I spoke with were very nice and sharing an explanation.

My order was out of stock so took… My order was out of stock so took awhile to receive it. The olive napkin fabric background was a different pattern than what was on web site. Otherwise items were of good quality.
