The best cabinets and most simplified… The best cabinets and most simplified assembly I have ever done. Every detail was very well thought through. Jared the design assistant was very helpful and fast to respond to our emails, answering all the technical questions we had. Wonderful guy and very knowledgeable of their product.

I was getting ready to remodel my… I was getting ready to remodel my kitchen and had very little experience on taking on a project this large. Jared was so patient and helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I was very needy at times and I appreciate how he guided me through it all and gave me suggestions that I would have never thought of on my own. A couple of the doors arrived cracked and Jared immediately replaced them so as not to hold up my contractor. It was such an easy experience and I was surprised at how much money I saved and the quality of my new cabinets!! Thank you so much and I will refer you with much praise and will definitely get my bathroom cabinets when the time comes. Much gratitude!!

Excellent customer service Both Jared and Lisa were very helpful and knowledgeable about kitchen design and installation. 5 stars for their professionalism and customer service. I’ve not received the RTA cabinets yet but from what I read, they are an excellent value. I’ll post back after delivery, assembly, fit and finish. Thank you Lisa and Jared for your patience and advice.

Cabinet Line Discontinued Last Minute Notified me last minute that the cabinet line I was about to order had been discontinued. They even prompted me to order a door sample, which I did, then an hour later I find out the line has been taken off the market. Might have been an innocent mistake, but I did have to back pedal and go with my second choice of cabinets, which were much more expensive. RTA Direct could have handled this better.
