I am so happy with my cabinets I am so happy with my cabinets! The quality exceeded my expectations. Lisa was amazing and pulled together a great design. She found ways to keep me on budget by using standard products that made my kitchen look even more customized and addressed all my wants. I had some damage from the carrier, again Lisa gave me great guidance before the carrier arrived on what to do when the carrier got their. Due to her great communication, I got things documented with the carrier. After that Jared jumped through hoops to ensure I got all my damaged product replaced and that I was satisfied. The cabinets were not hard to assemble, and are really solid. I would use RTADirect again and would recommend them to all my friends! Thanks Lisa and Jared for such a great experience! Julie

Jared has been super amazing at helping… Jared has been super amazing at helping me purchase additional items I've needed for my kitchen. I do suggest speaking to whoever is going to install your cabinets to make triple sure everything works out. 1. Opening of doors so they don't hit the way or another side piece. 2. How to finish the island. 3. Layout changes in case things don't fit. 4. Additional kick boards or sides in case someone cuts wrong!! All in all, I'm super happy with my kitchen!!

Expect nonsense. Ordered the cabinets some months ago, finally at the point in rebuilding where it's time to put the kitchen together, the first one was good but the following three were used, full of stripped screw holes in critical places and missing pieces. We only have about a week left in our hotel so we have to hire a cabinet guy to come make sense of the mess we have now.

I was getting ready to remodel my… I was getting ready to remodel my kitchen and had very little experience on taking on a project this large. Jared was so patient and helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I was very needy at times and I appreciate how he guided me through it all and gave me suggestions that I would have never thought of on my own. A couple of the doors arrived cracked and Jared immediately replaced them so as not to hold up my contractor. It was such an easy experience and I was surprised at how much money I saved and the quality of my new cabinets!!
