Best Quality Wood Cabinets We did a ton of research on wood cabinets. The cabinet quality is the best we found, and we appreciate the constant timely communication on the design ideas. The shipping was amazing and dropped in our garage because we had it all ready and emptied. Our kitchen is now the best in town! It is truly Pintrest worthy. The payment plan was ideal to finance the project over 6 months.

We tried different stores and locally owned businesses but were more than pleased when we found RTA direct and decided they were the best. Very professional, polite, great prices, and he kept us informed about the process. When the cabinets came it was exactly what I ordered and was extremely happy with the process. Cabinet Line Discontinued Last Minute Notified me last minute that the cabinet line I was about to order had been discontinued. They even prompted me to order a door sample, which I did, then an hour later I find out the line has been taken off the market. Might have been an innocent mistake, but I did have to back pedal and go with my second choice of cabinets, which were much more expensive. RTA Direct could have handled this better.

Buying From start to finish Jared has been very detailed and helpful about helping me about my order, the process and response time was great! Need better communication about cabinet arrival I would have given four stars because of how quickly the order was filled and the cabinet quality. However, the communication was lacking as to when the shipment was to arrive. I was under the impression I would have been given a 24 hour notice when the cabinets would arrive. Did not hear anything until my neighbor called me to tell me the cabinets were sitting in the street next to the curb. Thankfully, no one bothered them and the weather was clear. Still need to open all the boxes, but they look to be in good shape. Everything that I ordered arrived.
