I was looking to order 2 boxes of tile I was looking to order 2 boxes of tile. I called and inquired about the tile. The rep I spoke to actually confirmed the quantity, and gave me the dye lot information. She told me that she placed a hold on three boxes for me and told me to place the order online. I proceeded to do so as soon as I was at my computer. The next day I received an email stating that the tile was back ordered. I am very disappointed and so is my client because now the bathroom shower will not be finished until late January!!!

After finding out that my original tile… After finding out that my original tile choice was not available a week before work was to begin, I rushed out to select another choice. I found a new tile in a showroom however, delivery was 10 -14 days. I looked online and found this same tile on HomeDecor Az and after speaking with Cindy and getting her assurance that it was actually available and should only take a few days to ship, I placed my order online. Cindy handled my 'additional calls' to follow up very professionally and my tiles were delivered as expected. She followed up with me too to insure delivery date.
