GBGreat products and impressive people! I couldn't be happier with Pantry Paratus. They are a great company and offer great products but, the thing that really sets Pantry Paratus apart, is the management. My order had some delays shipping (due to the supplier) and Chaya was responsive, attentive, and altogether a great person to work with. Early on, it was very clear that she really cares about her customers. Though you never hope to run into problems, this is when you can best tell a company's merit. Pantry Paratus and their dedication to their customers is top notch; I couldn't recommend them any more highly.

GBPoor communicaton Not sure why, perhaps to their re-organizing but very poor communication. Order was acknowledge promptly but then nothing for almost 2 weeks. This was a drop shipment, but still seemed inappropriately quiet. Contacted Pantry Paratus by email and then left a phone message a day or two later. Next thing I got from them was the tracking number for the order and that's all. Glad to receive my product but poor communication. Probably would not use them again.

GBDisapointed Still waiting for my order which is going on three weeks. Called the number for Pantry Paratus "talk to a real person", should state talk to a real person on the answering machine. Left a message and no one ever contacted me, this has been over a week ago. Received an email stating that my order was being shipped directly from the factory, so I guess this means don't bother us, not our problem.

GBGreat company with great customer service. I ordered a knife for my grinder and either I ordered the wrong item or I was shipped the wrong item by mistake. Nevertheless I made one phone call to customer service explaining my situation and two days later I received the right item through express mail. They were great at understanding and were very pleased to help me. I am now one happy customer. I will be doing business again with Pantry Paratus.

GBFantastic!! I'm first time customer. Ordered a case of Red Feather butter. A few of the cans appeared to had leaked in shipping from distributor,( not Pantry Paratus). Called Pantry Paratus and spoke to Chaya personally. Had replacement three days later.
