Quick response from the designer Quick response from the designer, and to receive the cabinets within 10 days was great. Quality of cabinets was very good. Don’t waste your time looking at the big box stores, these cabinets are made 100% better.

There were a few problems, we felt that directions should be included or accessible without having to call a service rep and wait for a call back. Such as placing hinges on doors, and adding drawer with in a drawer (never did figure that out!

This is our second order thru BOC This is our second order thru BOC. Very happy with the quality and the finish. They were excellent about communicating the delivery dates. We did a computer room and our laundry room. We opted for the pre assembled units to save time. Everything arrived perfect and no shipping damage.

Large order--perfect performance Placed a considerably large order for RTA Fresno Gray cabinets. Order was processed flawlessly, shipped quickly and arrived with only one damaged panel out of 64 boxes / 2 pallets.. The damage was corrected promptly. 5 Stars!!! My husband has worked with wood for 30 years. He was very selective about our cabinets and did a lot of research. We cautiously proceeded with RTA’s. We could not be happier. He enjoyed the easy of construction as opposed to building from scratch. The dovetail detail in the construction of the drawers was extremely well done. The price for our kitchen cabinets from Lowe’s (NOT INSTALLED) was $15,000. We spent $4008 for the same thing with Best Online Cabinets.
