Everything arrived in perfect… Everything arrived in perfect condition, it is very well packed. Instructions could be a bit more thorough. The diagram shows you how to put it together but the parts aren't labeled (the screws are confusing). Overall, it was easy to assemble (without help).

5 Stars!!! My husband has worked with wood for 30 years. He was very selective about our cabinets and did a lot of research. We cautiously proceeded with RTA’s. We could not be happier. He enjoyed the easy of construction as opposed to building from scratch. The dovetail detail in the construction of the drawers was extremely well done. The price for our kitchen cabinets from Lowe’s (NOT INSTALLED) was $15,000. We spent $4008 for the same thing with Best Online Cabinets.

If you love puzzles then RTA cabinets… If you love puzzles then RTA cabinets are for you! Each cabinet will come in multiple boxes. The box markings will not coincide with the invoice or packing list. This is your opportunity to test your Cypher skills and patience. If you have multiple kitchens, are hiring help or otherwise value your time......then I dont recommend buying here.

Best Place ever for Kitchen Cabinets!! From the start, with very rough measurements; RB designed an awesome kitchen for us, maximizing space & making sure my special requests were done. He has been indispensable, all the way to the install! Even though we are on opposite coast; he always answered emails, calls, etc., when needed. VERY pleased with product & the service is OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend!

There were a few problems, we felt that directions should be included or accessible without having to call a service rep and wait for a call back. Such as placing hinges on doors, and adding drawer with in a drawer (never did figure that out!
