I got my butcher knife set for Father's… I got my butcher knife set for Father's day and I think they are more awesome in my hands than in the pictures all though a bit to pricey I am a chef by trade and will be putting them to the test big-time I think if you would take off $100 off the steak knife set n board I would buy it in a heartbeat to make the set complete. They arrived well packaged in a timely… They arrived well packaged in a timely manner. I have to say they are some serious eye candy! Just gorgeous! I would have given 4.5 stars, but that’s not an option. My only deduction would be for sharpness. While they are certainly sharp enough to use for ordinary kitchen use right out of the box I expected them to be just a bit more sharp. It didn’t take much to get them up to where I thought they ought to be though. Overall I love them!

Amazing knives and even more impressive customer service I ordered a set of knives from my granddaughters wedding gift wish list. For some reason USPS said they were undeliverable. I contacted the company by email and told them what was happening and within a very short period they told me they would be able to resend the knives again. Not only were they fast to reply, they were fast on resending the knives once they received them. She is extremely happy and sent me a picture. They are beautiful knives.

A fine Damascus tool for a rustic wedding… I have been looking for a fine Damascus tool to use for a cake cutting knife at my upcoming wedding ceremony that looked like it might be in place in a 1700-1840's environment (long story; another time). I tried 4 knifes on 3 different cake styles. I like Dahlia Carver-Slicer the best. I like the feel of the blade and how it handles, even when not cutting cakes. Nice around the grill. Nicely balanced.
