Great experience with this company Wow! Customer service was great. I talked to the customer service rep on the phone and he was able to assist and help in anyway possible. This was my first time buying restaurant equipment and I will definitely come back to vortex. The manager made the experience great and he was helpful with any questions I had. A great freezer A great freezer! Easy to purchase, showed up well packed and we've had it running smoothly for about 5 months without issue. I'd definitely buy more coolers from Vortex.

The refrigeration unit runs good Mike… The refrigeration unit runs good Mike did a good job BUT the unit when uncrated has a large dent bottom of front door ,upper right side .bottom left plus sealer on the inside never cleaned up now its dried and can't be removed

Purchased 2 freezers and 1 refegiratorn - Buyer Beware Purchased 2 freezers and 1 refegirator. From righ when we received them we have had nothing but problems with all 3 units. Freezers were not calibrated from factory correctly and keep freezing up. Additionally, the refrigerator has been having an issue cooling down now and we cannot get anybody from Vortex to support us in getting a service company out. Vortex is not helping with getting us one. Their support is not good and they do not follow up with you. These units have been under warranty for a year and I am afraid of what will happen out of warranty. There are a lot of other products to check out and I would stay away from this company in the future.
