Fantastic customer service and quality product I recently purchased a makeup table from Hernest. There were a few damaged pieces and one missing piece in the box. When I contacted the company, they rectified the issue quickly and courteously. This is a company that obviously cares about its customers. This is hard to find these days. Once assembled, the makeup table exceeded my expectations. This is a quality product that I highly recommend.

This was our "house warming gift" from… This was our "house warming gift" from my parents. My husband and I purchased our first home. We wanted something for our living room tv area that didn't feel boring or basics. There was no damage to any of the pieces when it arrived. The fireplace looks fantastic and puts out a lot of heat. This feels luxury and custom. It really makes warms up the room and makes it feel welcoming. We have kids who love this as well. They enjoyed that the lights change colors and makes it feel more "cozy" for family movie night. Overall, it's stunning and we love it!

Amazing Customer Experience I ordered a dresser, but unfortunately, it didn't work out for us since it was a pre-order, and I found another option that could be delivered faster. However, I want to highlight that the return process for the dresser was incredibly easy.
