The hot tub we received was much… The hot tub we received was much smaller than anticipated. I feel it was smaller than the dimensions stated and definitely cannot fit 5 people as stated on the specifications. It is 3 people, max! I would not purchase this again. Instead of blaming the customer, maybe clarify on your website. Additionally, the return process is a huge pain! We will be upgrading this small tub down the road, but not with AquaLife given the experience & response.

Great hot tub for the money Great hot tub for the money, once you figure out how to keep your chemicals in order it will bring many days of joy. My only complaint was having to cut a hole in the side for the electrical, really should have been pre-cut.

once purchased I got several follow up… once purchased I got several follow up emails and phone call just to ensure the purchaser is well prepared. Very friendly woman from customer service explaining in details the whole delivery process and approximate time line. I was impressed, well done.
