Fantastic experience from beginning to end!!!… I was apprehensive making such a large purchase online. However, after a ton of research, I felt comfortable dealing with Aqualife. When I was fist looking and had questions regarding the service, I was excited to get a live person on the phone that was extremely knowledgeable. I shortly after initiated the order and was equally impressed with the email communication I received regarding the status of the order and what to do to prep for delivery. The hot tub arrived sooner than anticipated and was up and running within a couple days of ordering. I am very satisfied with the quality and value of it and would highly recommend doing business with Aqualife!!!

Buyers remorse The people I spoke with were very nice. Shipment was much longer than claimed. I don’t have buyers remorse often. But I do with this hot tub. If I had seen it in person I would not have purchased it. If you are short it’s a fine depth. But my husband is not. It is a giant tub that is hot. But not worth the money we spent.

The hot tub was broken when it got here… The hot tub was broken when it got here and it still broke. The technician finally came and said it needed more work than I thought. Now I have to wait longer to use my hot tub because waiting for parts. I think since I have to wait I should get some extra things like steps and pillows
