GBI am giving this review 5 stars even… I am giving this review 5 stars even though it was a rough start. No delivery or information was forthcoming about my order for 3+weeks. Several emails went unanswered. Then low and behold someone found my email in the internet pile and replied. Not only did they reply, but communicated directly with the company that makes the product and got them jumping through hoops and the order was filled and on my porch in less than a week from the last correspondence. The product worked perfectly and the service was exemplary. Russell, thank you very much for your kindness, understanding and your fantastic follow-through. Much appreciated.

GBHorrible and nonexistent customer… Horrible and nonexistent customer support. I was sent a lift that didn’t work and after 4-5 months, returned it. I spent $1800 and they said the unit was “damaged and couldn’t be resold” when they got it back. IT NEVER WORKED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Thanks for taking $600 of my hard earned money and o my refunding me $1200. Shameful.
