Ended up disappointed Installer was great, shower etc looks nice. However communication was poor. I changed my order from glass sliding door to shower bar...was supposed to get a higher profile as a result & they didn't change...as a result I have liner & curtain issues. I had to buy heavy duty magnets just to keep liner in, curtain doesn't hang well & gets sucked in during shower that a higher profile would've helped. It was inconvenient for them to change order...so now I'm inconvenienced! I spent approximately 28k overall...24k on showers alone...salesperson could've made this happen, said I was getting low profile...they get the sale, their money & on to the next client. Definitely room for improvement...salesperson was too busy for us it felt at times. Will not do 2nd project I was planning with rebath. So communication, respect, concern is lacking...if this was their situation...they'd be unhappy too about the profile height issue & the distance in communication. from salesperson. It was pretty much up to me to solve my issue...not there's it felt...called 3 other stores & they seemed more concerned about the issue than franchise who handled my project.

Samples do not reflect what the product… Samples do not reflect what the product REALLY looks like, colors are way off. The sinks are super small and very dull. They took the whole vanity top including the sinks out and buffed to make shiny which really did not happen. Now the sinks absorb stains like there is no tomorrow. Vanity top is dull/ugly - nothing like the sample. The shower door was installed where it rattles and bangs around, always afraid it will fall off tracks (this was after they came out and "fixed"). The shower products easily get black mold even with frequent cleaning. For the ridiculous amount of money we paid for this junk, heartbreaking. We had done business with Re-bath twice before, always pleased. Their product now is nothing but junk, save your money and stay far away from them. Complain on facebook and they block you.

My grandmother had her bathroom… My grandmother had her bathroom remolded and Dante and Angel were great. They were very professional and trustworthy and always on time. At the end of the they left everything clean and spotless. I would recommend Re-bath and Dante and Angel to anyone. My grandmother loves her new walk-in shower and so do I.

Re-Bath Nightmare Remodle I wish I could give zero star. This remodel has been a nightmare from day one. Look at the pictures they will tell the story. They threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay, but they were not done with the project. Lowe's said not pay until they were done. It took 72 days to complete this nightmare of a remodel. The bathtub walls are still not even. The door is still loose from the damage they created. The toilet sits uneven, and they put in a new subfloor. I don't know, maybe shims? The drywall that they patched is wavy and very noticeable that it does not match the walls. They damaged the walls because nothing was wrong with them before the nightmare. Never again, and I would not recommend you spend a penny with this company. I hate going into my bathroom. That is how mad I am about their work.
