GBorders and customer service really poor It is notnice to have to stay for almost 30 minutes at the phone just to order a product and to be hosted from a mashine, tiryng to sell us more and more items, plus its really tricky, you cAn“t really understand what they are offering. About the customer service: The people sound like the maschine. Absolutly cold and repeting like from a book, coldest people I ever had in a customer service line. I didnt receive my Pressure cooker yet but I am hoping it is good and not like the service, very poor if not bad.

GBThey want a review before I even get the product. I'm only reviewing the ordering process since I have not seen the pressure cooker. I placed the order 4 days ago. The a Money came out of my account yesterday. As of today I have not received confirmation of shipment, only an email asking me to review. I order about 95% of my online purchases with Amazon. I know I would have had my item by now if it was availilble on Amazon.

GBIt sucks! It doesn't cook as fast as it says! Taking me 2hrs to cook a 3 lb pork roast to be shredded! Had to pay extra $ cuz they don't ship to Hawaii so had it shipped to my fren in Washington n she shipped it to me! I didn't get the power pressure cooker XL, I got the "power cooker!" U can't even tell if the cook button or stew button is even there for a reason, when u adjust the pressure adjust button to change it to 70kpa's(it starts at 20) the stew or cook button automatically cancels! Only thing good is it's not scary to open after cooking n the pressure releases really fast!

GBThe phone ordering process takes too long with too many annoying offers. The Power Pressure Cooker XL as seen on TV sounds like a great offer, however when I tried to place the order by telephone they offered too many upgrades which added to a 15 minute downtime to place the order. These optional upgrades drove the price up to twice the price offered on TV. This seems to me as a bait and switch process which is a poor business practice. Hopefully you will correct your methods for placement of an order.

GBnot what i expected, the cook book is not helpfull and the cooker is not as great as it says it is The cookbook is 10 pages long so not help full, definitely not worth what you say it is, same with the canning book, cooker does not cook as well as you say. I AM NOT HAPPY with this purchase , I am going to return it, so sad that I have to pay for the ridiculous shipping cost you charge me plus more to send it back. I will never do business with you again
