GBdisappointing The pressure cooker was not like the one displayed on TV, the one I received was a lot smaller, it barely cooked one 2 lb chicken. When I called the company and complained that I felt there was a bait and switch, I was told that I received a newer model than one advertised on TV. I guess I must be stupid the one I received was inferior to the one advertised on TV I would never buy one again.

GBWorks great, but not for Canning. The Power Pressure cooker, so far works great on meat and vegetables. The pot roast turned out very tender. The only problem is with the Canning process. I live at 3800 ft elevation. In the instructions, the Power Pressure will not generate enough pressure to do any canning at this altitude. The Power Pressure only can be used for canning under 2000 ft. This information about canning was not mentioned in the canning process on the TV ad.

GBStill missing pieces of the cooker after more than 90 days since delivery I purchase the cooker in April. When it was delivered several of the parts were missing (the instructions guide, measuring cup, and accessory kit), so the product is unusable. I've called 3 times to inquire about the additional parts and they said they are backordered. It's been more than 3 months and I haven't been able to use the machine. I will never order from this company again.

GBRobot Attendent/Salesperson Makes for Confusion True to internet form, this company wants to cut costs by having a robot take your order and then asking 50 questions to hopefully get you to upgrade what seems to be a good deal. Robot got my order dead WRONG, then it took 4 phone calls to get it corrected. We will see results after billing and receipt of goods.

GBThe phone ordering process takes too long with too many annoying offers. The Power Pressure Cooker XL as seen on TV sounds like a great offer, however when I tried to place the order by telephone they offered too many upgrades which added to a 15 minute downtime to place the order. These optional upgrades drove the price up to twice the price offered on TV. This seems to me as a bait and switch process which is a poor business practice. Hopefully you will correct your methods for placement of an order.
