Great product with different list prices and coupons every day. Support is great IF you persist and ask the right question Tushy 3.0 is a great product. That said: • The list price and discount coupons change daily. Getting a second one at the same price as the first one required customer support escalation, and the purchase dates were only two weeks apart. I liked the product enough to want a second one, but ended up a really annoyed customer. • If you have high water pressure, there is a secret solution part (not mentioned in the instructions) for which you pay extra. You must specifically ask support to get this info. • Easy to install IF none of your connections or toilet seat bolts are rusted due to age AND if the supply valve shutoff still works (it may not due to age). I had to use a Sawzall to remove the rusted fill connection (and replace it) and turn off the water in the basement since the supply valve was old and leaky on one of two toilets. Luckily I'm good at this. Make sure you know how to shut off the house water AND have a backup plan in case something breaks. • Customer Support's native language is not English, so the answers might be a bit confusing. • The potty-mouth humor wears REALLY thin after the 2nd email.

Still waiting to hear from them about…returning the item! Still waiting to hear from them about how to return the product! Emailed 3 times, tried chatting, but noone is there then called as they suggested, to leave a voicemail. Doesn't give you an option to leave a message!! Product was ordered ahead of the holidays to ensure we received it in time - return window is only 3 weeks so no way to be able to return if unsatisfied. Next step is to contact my credit card company then the Better Business Bureau - buyer beware!!

Terrible customer service This company has the most terrible customer service I’ve ever seen. I placed an order 08/02/23 and it is now 08/09/23 and the order hasn’t even been confirmed. I’ve tried talking to them multiple times but can never get ahold of anyone. For these prices they should have one of the best customer support systems. They provide their number to call but when you call it tells you to leave a voicemail and they will be back to you in a few business days, that is absolutely crazy. I wouldn’t recommend ordering on this website to anyone.

Beware of his company we ordered one bidet. When we agreed to the credit card purchase, the original amount showed up as a double purchase. Additionally, the price did not reflect all of my 40% Labor Day discount We never wanted the additional bidet. As soon as I saw the charge (less than 5 minutes) i tried to cancel the order and was told they get 'too many orders' to cancel mine. When I tried to return the second unit i learned there was a 'restocking' fee and I had to take my refund in company credit. I don't want to buy anything else from this company much less have them owe me money. I am not judging the product, just a scam company.

Scam Company I haven’t even received my product and the customer service is terrible. Confined my order and payment on the website and it showed I still needed to confirm my payment- didn’t notice because it was to get you to purchase a second one. I immediately caught the mistake and within moments emailed and used the website chat to ask for the second order to be canceled. They have refused. Repeatedly stating the order had already been processed. I’m out over a hindered $$ for a second product I neither want or need. They state I now have to wait for it to be delivered then return it…. When it hasn’t even shipped yet. Absolutely the worst. No stars.
