Complete Waste of Company Time and Money! What Applianceappointment.com fails to mention to contractors when they sign up with their "lead generating" service is that they will charge you for every call that comes in. We are getting charged $22.00 for calls dropping, out of our service area, and for customers that have already been working with us for years. Out of the 44 leads we received over the course of a month, only 2 turned into actual leads. Save your money and look elsewhere.

A great service that drives alot of leads to our small business. The service is exceptional, your phone will ring continuously, overall call load (lots of new leads) increases significantly. I was charged for calls that had nothing to do with MY business. and calls with no contact information and other things.... As a business the the cost will not pan out in the long run, This is not a plus in my business and I will not reffernce or refer this porgram to anyone.

I use to work for this company and… I use to work for this company and thought they were okay before. But now there is some females running it that are straight up unprofessional and think they are gods gift to earth but cant even treat people with respect. The girls are insecure and wont work with another company that is female owned and they lied to me multiple times and refused to call me back and the manager got on the phone and said im so sorry for what happened and then did the same thing they did. To say the least this company is unqualified to be up and running currently. Don't waste your money or time. They are a complete joke. I know the ins and outs when it comes to appliances and this company is not to be trusted. At all!!!!!!!! The girl's who run it are females that have no clue how to make real money.
