We purchased the 33 ft We purchased the 33 ft. Flagpole Christmas Tree with 4000 lights 3 years ago and it has become the highlight of the season for our neighborhood. Our friends and neighbors start calling the day after Thanksgiving volunteering to help raise the tree. Beautiful!

I am very happy with the service I am very happy with the service I received dealing with a broken wire. I requested some suggestions as to how I could repair the wire. I received some instructions to test the wire first. After I replied that that did not solve the problem I was given instructions on how to receive a replacement panel, free of charge. I could not expect any better service.

Hello Hello, I really do not like to give a negative response. We received our order in a timely manner, but when I was trying to get an information on a flagpole or return there was no response via phone or email. Deer vs flagpole Christmas tree A whitetail buck apparently in rut got tangled up in the transformer junction cables to our flagpole Christmas tree and completely destroyed it, but did no damage to the tree itself. We have enjoyed the tree for slightly over three years, and after notifying Fairybell they sent me a new cable system at no costs and even paid the shipping! In today’s world it’s very hard to find a company that stands by its customers the way that Fairybell does!
